What is WLOC Cloud?
WLOC Cloud is a Web SaaS for remote location testing on iOS devices you own or are authorized to test. You install a device-specific Profile, run diagnostics or location sessions from the browser, and restore when finished.
Can I use it on any phone?
No. Only personal, company-owned, or client-authorized devices. Attendance, game cheating, finance, payments, identity verification, risk control, and rule evasion are out of scope and prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
Does this rewrite GPS hardware or every Core Location source?
No. We do not claim to modify GPS hardware or all Core Location data sources, and we do not guarantee every third-party app will observe the test location.
What does the testing Profile contain?
The current Profile includes a CA root certificate, an IKEv2 VPN payload, and EAP credentials. Credentials stream through Gateway for a one-time download — they are not stored in the control plane, browser bundle, D1, logs, or fixtures. Until CMS signature verification is proven, we do not call it a signed Profile.
What is the free Tokyo Tower diagnostic?
A fixed server target at Tokyo Tower (35.658600, 139.745400, ±25 m) for 180 seconds. One successful run per verified account and device identity. No payment required. Tokyo Tower cannot be saved as a favorite.
What happens if billing fails or my account is restricted?
Restore, Revoke, Emergency Stop, Export, and Delete Account stay available. Entitlement and Feature Flags can close new Apply or Provision, but they cannot close Restore.
When do you say the device is online?
Only with real telemetry. A Gateway 200 means the call succeeded — not that the device is online. Without telemetry we show Gateway target synced, Connection not yet verified, or Awaiting confirmation.
What does WLOC Pro Annual include?
US$79/year, auto-renewing, one active device, up to 100 favorites, 90-day activity, rate-limited applies, and session defaults of 60 minutes (max 2 hours). Checkout Return never activates Pro — Stripe webhooks and reconciliation do.
How do I remove the Profile from the iPhone?
Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → remove the WLOC testing Profile. You can also Revoke from the dashboard. See Docs → Install for Safari steps.
